Be yourself! That was the lesson I took away from this fun engagement shoot with Andrea and Adam. We waltzed around downtown Kansas City, laughing and striking poses. This lighthearted approach was fantastic for three reasons. 1) It tells a story about their relationship. They're weird, fun and love making people smile. How better to do that than by being silly in the announcement of their union?
2) It was authentic. Being silly was natural for them and that comfort shows in their faces and eyes, making for better photos.
3) It's different! Engagement photos are often so stale and unoriginal. These two had a lot of fun embracing their weird and their joy shows!
